Bedford Home Cleaning Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Bedford Home Cleaning services and website.
By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
Bedford Home Cleaning provides recurring residential apartment cleaning and optional laundry pick-up services in designated service areas.
Services are provided on a recurring basis (monthly, biweekly, or weekly) as selected during booking.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.
2. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
If access is not available within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be considered a lockout and subject to a fee as outlined in our Payment & Cancellation Terms.
3. Pricing & Scope
Pricing is based on:
• Home size
• Selected frequency
• Laundry service request
Excessive buildup, pet hair accumulation, post-construction debris, or undisclosed conditions may require additional time and adjusted pricing. Clients will be notified before any additional charges are processed.
Laundry services are billed separately by weight according to published pricing on website.
4. Recurring Service
Bedford Home Cleaning operates primarily on a recurring service model.
Clients may:
• Reschedule
• Skip
• Pause
• Cancel recurring service
in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined separately in our Payment & Cancellation Terms.
There are no long-term contracts.
5. Payment Authorization
By providing payment information, you authorize Bedford Home Cleaning to charge your card in accordance with the selected service frequency and scheduling.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
We do not store full card details on our servers.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
We will return to address reasonable concerns at no additional charge. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
7. Liability
While we take reasonable care when servicing your home:
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
• We are not liable for normal wear and tear.
• Fragile or valuable items should be secured prior to service.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Pets
Clients are responsible for securing aggressive or unsafe pets during service appointments.
We reserve the right to leave a property if a pet poses a safety concern.
9. Independent Contractors
Cleaning professionals may be employees or independent contractors.
All providers are thoroughly vetted, interviewed, insured where applicable, and meet standards as required by law.
10. Website Use
All content on this website is the property of Bedford Home Cleaning and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
12. Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
