Bedford Home Cleaning – Payment & Cancellation Terms

Payment Policy

  • All bookings require a valid credit or debit card on file.

  • Your card will be charged 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning appointment.

  • Laundry services are billed separately based on weight and will be charged following pickup and processing.

  • If a payment fails, we will notify you immediately. Services may be paused until payment is successfully processed.

Recurring Services

  • Bedford Home Cleaning operates on a recurring service model (monthly, every 2 weeks, or weekly).

  • You may reschedule or skip any upcoming visit directly through your confirmation email or by contacting us at least 48 hours before your scheduled service time.

  • There are no long-term contracts, and you may pause or cancel recurring service at any time outside the 48-hour window.

Cancellations & Late Changes

  • We reserve dedicated time for your home.

  • Changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a late cancellation fee of:

  • $40 for standard 1-bedroom services

  • Same-day cancellations or lockouts may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • This policy ensures fair scheduling for our team and other clients.

Access & Lockouts

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the home at the scheduled time.

  • If our team is unable to access the property within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be considered a lockout and subject to a fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will gladly return to address any missed areas.

Pricing Adjustments

  • Pricing is based on home size and condition. Excessive buildup, pet hair accumulation, or additional time required may result in adjusted pricing, which will be communicated before charging.
