Do I need to have supplies or equipment?
You don’t need to worry about supplying anything - we bring everything, including vacuum, mop, steam cleaner, cleaning products, etc.
What if I can’t be home during the cleaning?
If you can’t be home to let your cleaner into the building, we ask that you fill out the instructions on your order form or add in a new note at any time for future or recurring orders to inform the cleaner how to get into the building (i.e., doorman, access code, hidden key, or cancel the booking. We charge $20 cancelation fee if we can’t access your residence.
